Our services
Adult Therapy
Adult therapy includes general counseling and/or medical management as needed. Patients with all mental health needs are welcome but typical patient concerns include:
depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, insomnia, borderline personality disorder, grieving/bereavement, eating disorders, post traumatic stress disorder. Please note that based on your concern and presentation, recommendations can vary from ongoing therapy, medical management, and/or referral to other specialist as needed.
Appointments are virtual/telehealth only and come in three flavors based on your needs, schedule, and budget:
15 min session for $35
30 min session for $50
60 min session for $100
Please note that new patients must always schedule an initial 30 min or 60 min session and NOT 15 min to allow enough time to establish care. Please also fill out the new patient forms prior to your first appointment
Children’s therapy
Children’s Therapy can start as young as approximately 4-6 years of age until the age of 18. Common concerns typically include but are not limited to:
Depression, anxiety (which can manifest as frequent crying or sensitivity, selective mutism or social anxiety, trouble sleeping, eating disorders/picky eating, trouble with urinating/bedwetting or trouble with bowel movements, picking hair or skin, anger/lashing out, self harm, trouble in school or with friends/peers/siblings, etc); ADHD, bullying, post traumatic stress disorder. Please note that based on your concern and presentation, recommendations can vary from ongoing therapy, medical management, and/or referral to other specialist as needed.

Children are always welcomed to have appointments with their parents present, and children younger than age 13 MUST have a parent present at all appointments unless prior approval has been given in the form of written consent/assent and the request has been cleared by the provider.
Medical Management
Medical management includes the use of prescription medications to manage medical conditions. Based on patient presentation and concerns, medication use may be recommended. Please note that the model of care is patient-focused, and while certain recommendations may be made by the provider, the focus is always to manage your condition(s) in a way that is comfortable and best for you based on your own needs and desires. Management will always be made through conversation and decided as a team. Recommendations may also include ongoing therapy or referral to a specialist.
Please note that we do not currently accept any form of insurance and that all visits are out-of-pocket cost as outlined above; however, we will be accepting Alabama Medicaid and Medicare soon! Be on the lookout for those updates!
