Just like when you visit the doctor's office, your personal information and medical records will remain strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent or only in the case of emergencies. Any medical information that you provide, including through the intake forms, will be stored in our password protected and HIPAA compliant electronic medical record and will not be stored on this or any other website.

For all private patient information, please communicate with us through the Patient Portal, to which patients are invited by email after scheduling with us. Do not send private patient information through our “Contact Me” page.

If you subscribe to our newsletter or sign up for our promotions/offers, your email and/or phone number will be safely stored on our website to receive promotional emails and/or text campaigns, and you may choose to unsubscribe anytime.
