Step Number 1: Schedule your consultation
So you’ve read our information page, done some of your own research, given it thought, and made the decision that it is time for you to get Botox! Your first step is to schedule a virtual consultation at the date and time of your choosing.
Step 2: Your Consultation
Once you schedule the consultation, you will receive a confirmation email and intake forms to complete prior to your appointment if this is your first visit. The consultation will be between you, the physician, and any welcomed party (including your spouse or family/friend for support!). It will last 30 minutes. You will inform the physician of your personal goals, and the physician will provide you with her recommendations, the cost of the procedure, and any precautions. At your consultation, you will also schedule your procedure date and discuss the details of this appointment.
Please note that the fee for the consultation visit is $50, and this will serve as a deposit towards your procedure. Please also note that this fee is nonrefundable once the visit has been completed and may only be provided a full or partial refund if cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Step 3: Complete intake forms
You will receive consent forms through email and will need to complete these in full prior to your scheduled procedure date.
Step 4: Procedure Date!
On the date of your procedure, you will once again review the consent forms and have all of your questions answered. You will then pay for the agreed quantity of units using one of four methods:
-Cash
-Venmo
-Zelle Pay
-Or credit card
Please note that there is an additional 3.5% transaction fee with each credit card payment and that all payments are final upon transaction.
Step 5: Schedule your 2 week follow up
Congratulations! You’ve completed your procedure! At the end of the procedure, you will be given take home instructions for what to expect for healing and home care, and you will also schedule your 2 week follow up visit. This next visit will also take place in person as it will consist of your thoughts regarding results and if you need additional units placed.
The cost of this visit is $15 plus the cost of any additional units placed and may also be paid for using the methods stated above. Please note that this next visit may last anywhere from 10 minutes to 30 minutes based on a number of factors including questions you may have, if additional units need to be placed, etc. Please also note that this follow up will not happen any sooner than 2 weeks after your procedure date as this is how long it takes for the product to have maximal effect- your face may continue to evolve until this time.
